Our CEO and founder, Lee Madden, recently had the honour of being invited to Buckingham Palace to attend a reception hosted by the King and Queen to mark the 60^th anniversary of Kenyan independence. 

Lee and the team have found roles for hundreds of Kenyans in the Channel Islands and the invitation came through the Kenyan High Commissioner HE Manoha Esipsu as acknowledgement of the close working relationship between GR8 and Kenya. 

We are delighted that the journey continues with many more opportunities available as the hard work, skills and dedication shown by the Kenyans working in the construction, hospitality and care sectors has been appreciated by all those that work with them. 

We are so proud of our Kenyan friends who have made some great friends and got together to help good causes through volunteering in Jersey and assisting with emergency repairs and the clear up after Storm Ciarán.
